  So here's the deal. You get what you pay for. This place is super cheap. With tax, $63 for a king "non-smoking". There is not one thing about this place that I would rate well IF I paid over $100, but I didn't. It's a cheap option for A night. That's ONE night, no more. It takes about 5 min for mostly hot water, ... start the water early. The towels are for a small child; you get two. The beds are outdated, but I slept well. The door latch was broke, but maintenance had it fixed in about 15 min. The hot tubs are a medical experiment ... I chose to avoid a MRSA bacterial infection. Basically, this hotel would be a herion and prostitution motel if it was located in a city, but it's not. It's in Hays KS. Start with that fact and end it there. Then, get back on the highway in the morning.

  TV was fuzzy. Lots of noise from the street. There was no soap for the shower. And no one picked up the phone when I called the front desk.

  Don't expect much. And, don't come for more than a night. Definitely don't come with kids.
  
  I prepaid for a week and I feel like trapped here. Every time I come back to the room after going out for a while, I feel the terrible smell of cigarette smoke. They place nonsmoking rooms sandwiched between smoking rooms - there is no proper isolation. I asked for a change of room; first, they said 'come next day', when next day came, they said 'all other rooms are booked'.
  
  The good thing is that it is a bit cheaper to stay here than many other places. So, if that is the primary consideration, welcome. Finally, their website is a million times more appealing than the actual property.
