I was contacted by the manager who was very friendly. Said the situation was handled. Went back today and had excellent service! The managers had really stepped it up with the way they handled things. I give 5 stars for my service today and the treatment we received. I upgraded my rating to a 3 for an average of both experiences. I suggest if you have a problem, let management know.
